From the first meeting with Damaris, I felt that she really listened to my needs and preferences. She was very patient and showed me many properties in different price points and locations so that I could get to know what I could expect to pay for houses in the Alexandria area. Coming from out of town, I was completely unaware of the challenges in finding housing in this region. She remained positive and encouraging as I kept finding the available properties not to my liking. Damaris shared her expertise in design and also connected me to contractors who bid on improvements to a property I was interested in purchasing.
