If you are struggling with deciding what realtor to go with to sell your house I can not recommend Danny enough we interviewed several agents when we were going to sell our house and Danny was by far the most impressive we could tell that he really wanted to work for us and was excited and confident we were very impressed he made the entire process very easy which was huge for us because it was our first time selling a house he also got us $100,000 more then what all the other realtors were expecting to get for our house again highly recommend Danny

The long and short of it: I was beyond impressed with the entire process of listing and selling my home with Danny! I assumed I knew what my house was worth, but thankfully, Danny is immersed in our local market, and took the time to educate me. Danny sold my house for $30,000 more than what I assumed my home was worth. Danny provided me with invaluable direction regarding the details to address while prepping my home for the eventual listing. The punch list was spot on, and just made sense! As a homeowner, I was focused on random things that just didn’t matter. Danny knew what needed to happen, and helped make it happen! Danny is the realtor to work with if you want objective direction when buying or selling an home. and direct answers to your questions. Danny made the entire process a lot of fun, and I know you will have the same experience when you chose to work with him!!

Danny is fantastic to work with. He recently helped us sell our insulated storage unit/work shop. It had previously been on the market with another realtor with no results. Not only was Danny able to sell our property in a timely manner, but he went out of his way to meet with us during hours that meshed with both my and my husbands work schedules (which we GREATLY appreciate). He is knowledgeable, hardworking, and very easy to work with. We do and will continue to recommend Danny to others, and will definitely be utilizing his expertise in our future ventures!
