I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 2001, bringing over two decades of experience in real estate sales, home construction, and remodeling. My passion for homes started early—at just 10 years old—working alongside my grandfather, a skilled carpenter. From the 1970s to today, I have gained invaluable hands-on knowledge of home structure, design, and functionality, giving my clients a distinct advantage when buying or selling.

As a Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), e-PRO®, and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), I provide expert guidance through every step of the transaction. My deep understanding of home construction, combined with my knowledge of state and city codes, ensures my clients make informed decisions. I am well-versed in home inspections and can confidently explain potential concerns, offer solutions, and connect buyers and sellers with trusted professionals for repairs or improvements.

In addition to residential sales, I specialize in lakefront properties and hunting land, having sold numerous waterfront homes and recreational properties over the years. I also own lake property in Otter Tail County, Minnesota, giving me firsthand knowledge of the unique considerations involved in buying and selling these types of properties.

I currently serve as the Relocation Director for Coldwell Banker Crown Realtors in Fargo, working closely with individuals and families relocating to or from the area. We proudly assist military families, helping them navigate their moves smoothly and find the perfect home.
